Yes, we will schedule a convenient time to meet at your office.
We will prepare your past tax returns and represent you with the IRS to set up a payment plan if necessary.
We will represent you in the event of an audit even if we didn’t prepare the original return. It may be necessary to communicate with the original preparer of the tax return if possible.
We will set up and teach you how to prepare your invoicing and bill payment through QuickBooks so that the computer is doing the work instead of you.
It is our goal to prepare your return as quickly and accurately as possible. Each tax return is unique with varying degrees of difficulty and information. You will be given an estimated completion date at the time we receive your information.
We make every attempt to complete the tax returns by their due date and to eliminate the need to file extensions. This, of course, is dependent on the timing and accuracy of the information submitted to us.
We do not handle payroll processing. However, we have a payroll processing partner to whom we refer clients for excellent service.
We do file both the Federal and State returns electronically.
Yes, we provide part-time controller services for companies in which we would come to your office and perform accounting tasks and/or supervise current accounting staff.
